Maul says if he grinded Boo's head into the sidewalk Boo would have "road rash," and adds "There's nothing wrong with what I did." Boo runs in backyard and to Animal Care and Control Department's Captain Vicky Guldbech. In outdoor interview Guldbech says Maul restrained Boo and inflicted pain. NBC's Dan Abrams reports on-camera in a park in which Maul was arrested last March for allegedly abusing Boo. Police car enters parking lot. In voice over and interview Assistant District Attorney Carol Lankford-Gross says this isn't a joke to her office, says Maul is charged with two counts of felony animal abuse, and explains animal abuse in the California penal code system. Maul walks down sidewalk. In interview Defense Attorney Jasper Monti says Maul was imploying a natural method and predicts they'll have at least one expert to testify this is an acceptable dog training technique. In interview and voice over nationally known dog trainer Arthur Haggerty (ph) says he doesn't think the defense will find an expert to go along with that, and says normal people don't bite their dogs, adding it's unusual behavior. Maul walks down sidewalk and up stairs to enter building. Maul says he'd bite Boo again in a second, adding he bites Boo out of love. Guldbrech and Boo outdoors seen. Abrams signs off in voice over from San Francisco, California.
